The project is built using a mixed technology: Canadian log construction and Post&Beam system. All the columns in the house are mounted on adjustable bolts, which help ensure even settling of the main log structure and prevent the formation of gaps.

Insulation – German product based on cellulose STEICO Zell, which is used both on the roof and in the insulation of the second floor frame.
Eco-friendly materials were used in the construction of this house. Paints were replaced with oils. The use of natural components, such as Siberian cedar wood and eco-friendly insulation, helps to create a healthy microclimate inside the house.
The house is designed with an emphasis on comfort and coziness, creating an atmosphere of warmth and harmony. The spacious layout, high quality natural materials and thoughtful interior details make it ideal for a small family of four.
