About

The residential unit designed for modular eco-hotel structures is a fully equipped luxury hotel room with a total area of 31 m². The module is designed to accommodate a couple or a family with two children. Thanks to its prefabricated and demountable construction, eco-hotels can be built in remote but tourist-attractive locations—by the sea, on mountain slopes, in forests, or in steppes.
Installation is carried out directly on-site using large prefabricated elements. The dry assembly technology eliminates the need for wet construction processes, reduces the amount of work required, lowers costs for expensive equipment and logistics, and minimizes the need for a large number of specialists.

The main construction materials include multilayer CLT panels (Cross Laminated Timber), a metallic frame foundation, and various facade finishing options:

  • Shingle (wooden tiles)
  • Seamed metal cladding
  • HPL composite panels (BLACK, Beech)
  • Terrace decking

The modular structures are based on an assembly-disassembly system, which simplifies both installation and dismantling. The use of dry assembly shortens construction timelines and makes the building process more efficient and cost-effective.

Energy efficiency

The selected materials provide high thermal insulation, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate while reducing energy consumption.

Ecological materials

The CLT panels used in construction are made from natural wood, making the residential modules environmentally friendly. The minimal use of concrete and wet construction processes helps to reduce the environmental impact.

The hotel living modules from Home Wood Spa offer a range of structural and aesthetic advantages. They provide comfortable, mobile accommodations with a well-thought-out ergonomic design and stylish interiors, allowing guests to enjoy a unique experience in nature. Thanks to modular technology, building an eco-hotel becomes fast, accessible, and economically efficient.
